Our process is efficient and straightforward — and it always keeps you in mind.
The Initial Consultation
Every project begins with a solid plan based on your needs, preferences, and budget. During the initial consultation, we will discuss every last detail of what you are trying to achieve with your home renovations, condo renovations, or building projects. From there, we will collect all the necessary information then put together the right team to design and build your project.
The Quote
Once we’ve created the plan down to the last detail and have an understanding of the materials, specialists, and labour needed, we will provide you with an accurate quote for the project.
Acquiring the Building Permits
Next, we will focus on applying for building permits. This process is arguably the most stressful for all parties involved in the project as it is tedious and has many codes and restrictions to adhere to. However, we will work swiftly with the city to complete the required applications in accordance to the OBC and Municipal Bylaws in order to acquire the necessary permits.
Construction and Project Management
The general contractor you consult with is the same contractor who will oversee the entire renovation or building project. We will ensure you know what is happening with the progress at each stage of the project, and we will not rest until the job is finished to perfection.
